This interactive workshop explains how the Vagus nerve works. We will explore how yoga can directly improve the “tone” of the Vagus nerve, helping to keep the nervous system balanced, reducing stress and anxiety. Come prepared for some discussion, fun activities, and a flow and restore yoga practice. Yoga Alliance CEUs available.
