A candlelit evening with Kayla and Jen where you'll first be guided through a mindful vinyasa flow, then transition to ease with supported yin yoga poses. Jen will offer live handpan during savasana while Kayla offers optional hands on assists to deepen your relaxtion. Complimentary tea included!
